Drama for the bedroom ceiling. Check.

 Full disclosure: This idea is not mine. I first saw it at Door Sixteen, then in Victoria's new bedroom at Sfgirlbybay. I saw the results that these ladies got and I knew that's the "do something with the bedroom ceiling" I had on my to-do list.

I had attempted to do a really cool thing with brass and pewter contact paper I found. I was going to cut out these great floral-scrolly type shapes and stick it to the ceiling panels but it failed miserably and ended in spilled rubber cement, weak contact paper and double stick tape everywhere. On the bright side, if you get a gift from me this year it will be wrapped in either brass or pewter contact paper!

So I was back at square one and since I already had the Tord Boontje garland decided to go for Anna's idea. Here it is on:

I'm not sure about the white. B likes it he says it goes with the dresser but I'm not sold. Maybe if the bulb socket were white too but then I don't know what color I would want to paint it...maybe a dark gray?
