We are at six months with Bruce and he's about nine months old. We weighed him yesterday and he's at eleven pounds. Eleven! Lola tops out at nine and she's just about five years old.
This is the last set of photos I'll take in this house. I'll try to recreate them at the new place.

For a startling comparasion, this is Bruce the day we got him next to today's Bruce.
What a cutie. My male kittens were the same, in that they got big, fast! They're five now, about 18 pounds each. :-)

ReplyDeleteYeah, my Spencer weighs in at 18 pounds on a good day! Bruce is a cutie, but if he's anything like mine, he'll probably keep growing until and year and half.

ReplyDeleteAll the other cats I've had have been tiny compared to Bruce, he's my little monster. My Andre the Giant of cats.

@Ana, they're both shorthair tabby mixes. I've never had male cats anywhere near this big, either ... then again, the male I had as a kid was the runt.
