Now, I know you're looking at this thinking "Wow that would look great if the TV was gone". I couldn't agree more.
I think it looks fantastic without the tv. The only problem is the guy I married. He's staunchly pro-TV. My suggestion was for him to get an ipad and then he could watch TV in bed that way and he's ok with that but the economy sucks and we just don't have ipad money to throw around.
So for now the tv stays. Compromise is a bitch.
Men are idiots! Anyway, the lamp is awesome and yes, it looks better without the TV but what can you do... Nice score!

ReplyDeleteI love the vignette here...and I actually liked the TV being part of the scene. I don't mind TVs being part of interior design, it paints the picture of what really occurs in the room. TVs are bits of art themselves, even the unstylish black and boxy 90s ones. (That's the kind I have!)
