Things are happening.

Hey remember that mobile I bought over a year ago? I was flip-flopping on painting it and I left it for a year. Well things are happening in the bedroom...I mean things always happen in there nudge nudge, wink wink. Anyway, I finally got some motivation/inspiration for how the bedroom should look. More on that next week.

So the mobile, I thought the blue and green would grow on me but it didn't. I finally decided to paint it. First I was thinking white, then thought that might be too plain. Then I thought brass and I am always pro-brass but all the brass spray paint looks so cheesy and all 'hey I'm not really brass just faking it'. So then I was back to white but decided against it because it still seemed plain and the trim is already white and I didn't want too much of it. So I picked and committed to primer gray. Exciting no? Oh just you wait.

Wait until you see it in context. The room is really coming together and I'm pretty damn pleased.
